1. Introduction

Plousios Gigantas Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal information when interacting with any of our brands, platforms, or services.

This Policy applies to ALL brands under Plousios Gigantas Ltd, including: SortNext, The Income Plan, BrightFence AI, Klozaa, PayQam, Creto AI, FineGuard AI, WakeUpGlow, and future products.

1A. Service Feature Descriptions & Transparency

Where SortNext's pricing pages, platform, or promotional materials reference named service features — including but not limited to "Support Access", "Priority Support Queue", "CV Review Support Access", and "Mentorship Access" — brief tooltip or inline descriptions may be provided at the point of display to assist prospective clients in understanding the nature and scope of those features.

However, users should not rely solely on brief inline descriptions or tooltips when making purchasing decisions. Full and binding descriptions of all service features are set out in SortNext's Terms & Conditions, specifically in Section 5C. In the event of any inconsistency between a tooltip or pricing page summary and the Terms & Conditions, the Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Clients are encouraged to read the full Terms & Conditions prior to purchase and to contact SortNext at legal@plousiosgigantas.com with any questions regarding the scope of any service feature before committing to a purchase.

We may collect the following categories of data:

  • Identity Data (name, email, phone, social profile links)
  • Contact & Billing Data (address, payment history)
  • Career/Document Data (CV, LinkedIn content, job targets)
  • Technical Data (IP address, device type, browsing logs)
  • Session & Call Records (notes, summaries, timestamps)
  • Communication Logs (emails, support messages, client conduct records)
  • Behavioural Data (missed sessions, abuse flags, terms breaches)

We do not store full payment card information. Payments are processed securely via third-party providers such as Stripe, PayPal, or other PCI-DSS compliant services.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process personal data on the following legal bases as permitted under UK GDPR:

  • Contractual Necessity: to deliver purchased services.
  • Legitimate Interest: fraud prevention, dispute evidence, service improvement.
  • Consent: for marketing communications (you may withdraw at any time).
  • Legal Obligation: tax, court orders, compliance requirements.

4. How We Use Your Data

Data may be used for:

  • Service delivery & account support
  • Creating personalised deliverables (e.g. CV/LinkedIn optimisation)
  • Payment processing & receipts
  • Evidence in cases of chargebacks, fraud, or contractual breach
  • Internal performance training & quality assurance

5. Behaviour, Compliance & Evidence Retention

To protect our staff, intellectual property, and service integrity, we reserve the right to:

  • Record behavioural incidents and related communications
  • Retain evidence in case of misconduct or payment dispute
  • Terminate client relationships for harassment, hostility, or demanding unpaid work

We may retain relevant data for legal defence, chargeback evidence, or fraud prevention for up to 6 years, in accordance with UK limitation periods.

We will never publicly shame, expose, or disclose identifiable information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share information only with:

  • Legal authorities when required by law

10. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect information from individuals under 18.

11. Contact

For privacy concerns or UK GDPR enquiries:
Email: privacy@plousiosgigantas.com
(This inbox is not for service support communication.)

12. Browser Extensions (SortNext Job Searcher & SortNext AutoApply)

SortNext offers two optional Chrome/Edge browser extensions: SortNext Job Searcher, which finds and collects public job listings (job title, company, location, listing URL, and application type) from sites you are viewing such as LinkedIn and Indeed; and SortNext AutoApply, which helps complete and submit job applications on supported sites on your behalf. Both run only within your own logged-in browser session and only when you actively start them.

Data the extensions access. The extensions read only the public job-listing content and application form fields needed to perform the action you requested, and send that job data to your SortNext account so you can review, tailor, and apply.

What the extensions do NOT do. They do not read, store, or transmit your account passwords, private messages, contacts or connections, or any browsing activity unrelated to the job-search task. They do not run in the background on other websites.

Limited use. Information obtained through the extensions is used solely to provide and improve these user-facing features. We do not sell this data, do not use it for advertising, and do not transfer it to third parties except as needed to operate the service (for example, our secure hosting and the AI processing used to tailor your CV) or where required by law.

Permissions. The extensions request browser permissions (such as access to job-site tabs and the ability to read those pages) strictly to read the job listings and forms on the pages you choose to act on. No data is collected from pages outside the supported job sites.
