TERMS & CONDITIONS

Last Updated: 20 June 2026

Company: Plousios Gigantas Ltd (Company No. 15843075)

Registered in England & Wales

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services, products, consultations, audits, training, digital content, and strategic work provided by Plousios Gigantas Ltd and its associated brands, including but not limited to: SortNext, The Income Plan, BrightFence AI, Klozaa, PayQam, Creto AI, FineGuard AI, and all future subsidiaries ("we," "us," "our").

Important Notice: SortNext's services are primarily self-service and assisted-service offerings. Users are expected to proactively engage with the platform, request assistance when required, and make reasonable efforts to utilise the resources, tools, support channels, and sessions made available to them. Failure to do so may affect the quality of outcomes received and shall not constitute grounds for a refund, dispute, or claim of non-delivery.

1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms apply to all clients, customers, and users who purchase, access, or engage with any service or content offered by Plousios Gigantas Ltd.

By making payment, booking a session, accessing content, or participating in any service, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not proceed with payment.

2. Nature of Services (Advisory Only)

All services provided by Plousios Gigantas Ltd are advisory, strategic, educational, and informational in nature.

We provide:

  • CV and LinkedIn optimisation
  • Career branding and positioning
  • ATS alignment guidance
  • Role targeting strategy
  • Professional audits
  • Coaching and consultation
  • Training and skill development
  • Strategic frameworks and insights

We do not provide:

  • Recruitment services
  • Job placement
  • Interview scheduling
  • Employer outreach
  • Employment brokerage
  • Guaranteed outcomes

Our role is to provide tools, clarity, structure, and professional input. The client is solely responsible for implementation, decisions, actions, and outcomes.

Use of AI & Automated Systems

Certain services may utilise artificial intelligence, automation tools, or algorithmic systems.

The Client acknowledges that such systems produce variable outputs that are not fully controllable or predictable.

Plousios Gigantas Ltd makes no warranties regarding:

  • Accuracy
  • Completeness
  • Reliability
  • Suitability for specific roles or industries

All outputs generated through AI-assisted processes are provided "as is." The Client is solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating all content before use.

Project Lab & Simulation-Based Services

Certain services may include participation in a structured Project Lab, which is a simulated professional development programme designed to replicate real-world scenarios for training purposes.

The Client acknowledges that:

  • The Project Lab is not employment, job placement, or paid work
  • It is intended solely for skill development and professional positioning

Participation does not create any employment, worker, or contractor relationship with the Company.

2A. No Guarantees of Outcomes, Performance, or Availability

Plousios Gigantas Ltd does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or experience. In particular, SortNext does not guarantee:

  • Employment or job offers
  • Interview invitations or responses from employers
  • Recruiter engagement or hiring decisions
  • Visa sponsorship opportunities or visa approvals
  • Salary increases, promotions, or career progression
  • Placement outcomes or internship outcomes
  • Application success rates or specific timelines
  • Platform uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access
  • Availability of any particular platform feature or tool
  • Support response times or resolution times

Career outcomes depend on a wide range of factors outside SortNext's reasonable control, including but not limited to: employer decisions, market conditions, immigration rules and policy changes, economic conditions, competition from other candidates, the Client's qualifications, skills, experience, and individual performance.

Except where the Client activates the optional self-service Auto-Apply tool (which operates automatically under the Client's own direction and control, as described in Section 2B), we do not manually apply for roles or contact employers on behalf of clients as a recruitment or placement service.

Any reference to "support," "assistance," "optimisation," or "career success" refers only to strategic guidance - not execution or outcomes. No statement, marketing material, verbal comment, or written communication shall be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of any employment-related, platform-related, or career-related result.

2B. Auto-Apply, Job Searcher & Browser Extensions

SortNext provides optional self-service automation tools, including the Auto-Apply engine and the SortNext browser extensions (such as SortNext Job Searcher and SortNext AutoApply), which the Client may choose to activate. These tools operate only when the Client activates them and run within the Client's own logged-in browser sessions to help the Client find job listings, generate tailored CVs and cover letters, complete application fields, and submit job applications.

These tools operate under the Client's direction and control. Where the Client enables Auto-Apply, the Client authorises the tool to prepare and submit applications on the Client's behalf as an automated extension of the Client's own actions. This does not constitute recruitment, job placement, employment brokerage, or SortNext acting as the Client's agent or representative with employers.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • (a) automated and AI-generated outputs (including CVs, cover letters, and application answers) may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies, and the Client is solely responsible for reviewing them;
  • (b) the Client is responsible for ensuring their own eligibility to apply for and work in any role or location targeted, including any visa, sponsorship, or right-to-work requirements;
  • (c) SortNext does not guarantee any outcome and does not control employer or third-party platform behaviour;
  • (d) the Client remains responsible for all applications submitted through their account using these tools; and
  • (e) the Client may pause, stop, or revoke Auto-Apply consent at any time in account Settings.

Use of these tools is also subject to the terms of the third-party job platforms on which they operate, and the Client is responsible for compliance with those terms.

3. Client Responsibility

The Client retains full responsibility for all aspects of their engagement with SortNext's services, platform, and support channels. In particular, the Client is responsible for:

  • Job search activity, applications, and networking
  • Recruiter communications and interview performance
  • Career decisions and behaviour
  • Actively engaging with the programme and platform throughout the service period
  • Requesting support, guidance, reviews, coaching sessions, meetings, and assistance when needed, using the channels provided by SortNext
  • Booking or requesting sessions through the booking systems and support channels made available by SortNext
  • Reporting technical issues, platform access problems, bugs, errors, service interruptions, or other concerns as soon as reasonably possible after they arise
  • Responding to communications from SortNext in a timely manner

Failure by a Client to request support, engage with available resources, attend sessions, respond to communications, or report issues may negatively affect their experience and outcomes. SortNext shall not be responsible for delays, missed opportunities, or reduced outcomes arising from a Client's failure to seek assistance, proactively engage, or report concerns through the available support channels.

We do not control employers, recruiters, ATS systems, or hiring processes.

3B. Programme Participation Responsibility

The Client acknowledges that participation in structured programmes, including Project Lab, requires:

  • Active engagement throughout the programme
  • Timely communication with programme staff
  • Completion of assigned tasks and modules
  • Proactive utilisation of available tools, resources, and support

Progress and outcomes depend on the Client's level of participation and cannot be guaranteed. SortNext shall not be held responsible for reduced outcomes where a Client fails to actively engage with the programme or request assistance when available.

3A. CV & LinkedIn Optimisation Services (Critical Terms)

The Client acknowledges and agrees that all CV and LinkedIn optimisation services are delivered based on Plousios Gigantas Ltd's internal methodologies, proprietary frameworks, and professional judgment.

The Client shall be solely responsible for identifying and expressly notifying us, in writing, of any content, roles, achievements, metrics, or information that must not be removed, altered, or excluded.

In the absence of such instruction, the Client agrees that their CV or LinkedIn profile shall be treated as a new document. We reserve full and unrestricted discretion to edit, restructure, remove, replace, or add content as deemed appropriate.

We accept no liability for:

  • Removal or modification of content not explicitly protected by the Client
  • Any inaccuracies, exaggerations, or incorrect metrics within the Client's materials
  • Any consequences resulting from the use of optimised documents

The Client is solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all final content prior to use.

The Client further agrees that all content used in their CV or LinkedIn profile must be truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Any use of false, exaggerated, or unverifiable information is done entirely at the Client's own risk.

Professional Representation of Experience

Where guidance is provided on how to present Project Lab or simulated experience:

  • The Client must ensure all representations are accurate and not misleading
  • The Company does not guarantee acceptance of any specific wording (including "internship" or similar terms)
  • The Client is solely responsible for how their experience is presented to employers

The Company shall not be liable for any consequences arising from misrepresentation.

4. Payment, Delivery & Release of Work

Full payment is required before any final deliverables, editable documents, or full content is released.

Preview access is only available to Premium members when at least 70% of payment has been completed.

If payment is incomplete:

  • Delivery may be paused or terminated
  • No downloads will be granted
  • No final content will be released
  • No previews will be granted

Delivery is considered complete when any of the following occurs:

  • Files are sent
  • Access is granted to the platform or any deliverable
  • A review session occurs
  • A preview is shared

All work created prior to termination remains our property until full payment is made.

Project Preparation & Activation

Following CV delivery, the Company allocates an average of 1–2 weeks for:

  • CV refinements (if required)
  • Internal planning and structuring
  • Preparation of a customised Project Lab simulation unique to the Client

Each Project Lab is individually designed. The Company does not provide identical or generic simulations.

Preparation may exceed 1–2 weeks depending on complexity, demand, or resource allocation. Where this occurs, the Client will be notified.

Project Lab access is only activated once the Client confirms readiness to begin.

Extended preparation timelines do not constitute grounds for refund where work is in progress.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of professional services, once any work begins - including calls, audits, reviews, preparation, analysis, or previews - the service becomes non-refundable.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Lack of interviews or job offers
  • Market conditions or employer decisions
  • Client dissatisfaction or changes of mind
  • Non-responsiveness or missed sessions
  • Misunderstanding of the service or programme structure
  • Scope changes or disagreement with professional judgement
  • Platform delays, scheduled maintenance, or issue resolution timelines
  • The simulated nature of Project Lab
  • Failure to engage with the service or request available support
  • Partial or full service consumption
  • Support response times or delays in issue resolution

Time spent on calls, preparation, research, analysis, and delivery is chargeable and non-reversible.

Once any deliverable, platform access, or material has been provided, the service is considered consumed and non-refundable.

Chargebacks initiated after accessing services may result in evidence submission, intellectual property enforcement, and recovery of losses through applicable legal channels.

A customer who changes their mind cannot always expect all their money back. Work begins immediately after sign-up - including the creation of a bespoke Project Lab simulation, which incurs direct costs that we cannot absorb. Where such work has commenced, a full refund cannot be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation.

5A. Platform Availability & Technical Limitations

The Company operates a digital platform that may utilise AI systems, third-party integrations, and automated tools. The Client acknowledges and accepts the following:

  • The platform may experience scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, unplanned outages, bugs, software defects, technical failures, delays, interruptions, security incidents, upgrades, or third-party service disruptions from time to time
  • SortNext does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, bug-free, continuous, secure, or always-available access to the platform
  • Platform functionality, features, and tools may be changed, modified, suspended, restricted, or discontinued from time to time, with or without prior notice where circumstances reasonably require
  • Temporary platform issues, downtime, maintenance periods, or technical disruptions shall not be considered service non-delivery

Clients who encounter technical issues, errors, or access problems are required to promptly notify SortNext through the support channels provided and request assistance. Where an issue is reported through the appropriate channels, SortNext will make reasonable efforts to investigate, assess, and assist within a reasonable timeframe.

No refunds shall be issued in respect of platform issues where reasonable efforts are made to resolve the matter, or where the Client failed to report the issue through available support channels.

5B. Issue Resolution Timelines

Resolution of issues may take up to 15 working days or longer, depending on complexity, volume, and resource availability.

This includes:

  • CV adjustments and revisions
  • LinkedIn profile updates
  • Platform bug fixes or access resolutions
  • Delivery or content queries

Resolution timelines commence only when the issue is formally reported via official support channels. Delays caused by the Client's failure to report an issue in a timely manner, or by the Client's failure to provide information reasonably required to investigate the matter, shall not be attributed to SortNext.

Delays during active resolution do not constitute grounds for refund, chargeback, or dispute.

5C. Support Services, Response Times & Description of Support Features

SortNext provides a support service to assist Clients with queries, technical issues, and matters arising from the use of its platform and services. Support requests should be submitted through the official support channels available within the SortNext platform.

Target Response Times by Programme:

  • Premium Programme: Target first response within 24 business hours of a support request being received
  • Job Ready Programme: Target first response within 48 business hours of a support request being received
  • Starter Programme: Target first response within 72 business hours of a support request being received

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The above are target response times only. They are not guaranteed response times, resolution times, or service level commitments enforceable as contractual obligations
  • Response times may vary due to support volume, team availability, bank holidays, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical incidents, third-party service disruptions, force majeure events, or other circumstances outside SortNext's reasonable control
  • SortNext reserves the right to adjust target support response times where reasonably necessary, including during periods of high demand or operational constraints
  • Delays in receiving a support response shall not constitute grounds for refunds, payment disputes, chargebacks, claims of non-delivery, or breach of contract
  • Clients are responsible for raising support requests promptly. SortNext shall not be liable for consequences arising from a Client's failure to submit a support request in a timely manner

SortNext will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests within the applicable target timeframes and to assist Clients in a professional and timely manner.

Description of Support-Related Features

The following descriptions apply to support-related features referenced on SortNext's pricing pages and service documentation. These descriptions form part of these Terms and are intended to ensure transparency regarding the nature and scope of each feature:

Support Access / Support Request Channel:

Support is provided on a request basis. Clients are responsible for submitting support requests through the official channels provided by SortNext when assistance, guidance, or a review is needed. SortNext does not proactively initiate support on a Client's behalf. The availability of a support channel does not imply dedicated, on-demand, or unlimited support.

Priority Support Queue:

Priority Support Queue provides access to a higher-priority support queue with applicable target response times as described above. It does not constitute a guarantee of immediate response, dedicated support staff, or expedited resolution in all circumstances. Priority status is relative to standard support queues and remains subject to applicable target response times.

CV Review Support Access:

CV Review Support Access allows Clients to request CV review guidance during their applicable programme period. This is not an unlimited editing service, a further done-for-you rewrite service, or an on-demand revision service. CV reviews are subject to adviser availability, applicable service levels, and the scope of the Client's programme. The number of reviews available may be limited as specified in the relevant programme documentation.

Mentorship Access:

Mentorship Access allows Clients to request mentorship guidance related to their programme and career development. This is not a dedicated mentor assignment service, unlimited coaching service, daily check-in service, or on-demand consultation offering. Mentorship guidance is provided upon request and is subject to adviser availability and applicable service levels. Mentorship guidance is advisory in nature and does not constitute a guarantee of any career outcome.

The above descriptions are provided for clarity and consumer transparency. Clients are encouraged to review these descriptions prior to purchase and to contact SortNext with any questions regarding the scope of a feature before making a purchasing decision.

6. Scope Changes

Changes to:

  • Role
  • Industry
  • Country
  • Branding direction
  • Strategy
  • Objectives

constitute a scope change.

Scope changes may require:

  • Timeline reset
  • New agreement
  • Additional fees

7. Session Attendance

Missed sessions without at least 6 hours' notice are treated as completed and consumed.

Repeated no-shows or habitual non-attendance may result in termination of services without refund.

The Client is responsible for booking or requesting sessions through the channels and booking systems provided by SortNext. SortNext shall not be responsible for missed sessions or missed opportunities arising from a Client's failure to utilise the booking or session request systems made available to them.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

Clients must communicate respectfully and lawfully.

Aggression, harassment, entitlement, manipulation, or attempts to extract unpaid labour constitute a breach of contract.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All drafts, reports, frameworks, templates, and assets remain our intellectual property until full payment is completed.

Clients receive a non-exclusive, personal-use licence only.

Resale, redistribution, training reuse, or public publication is prohibited.

Unauthorised use constitutes intellectual property theft.

All Project Lab simulations, structures, and materials are proprietary and may not be replicated, redistributed, or reused.

10. Assumption of Risk

The Client acknowledges that job markets are inherently unpredictable.

By using our services, the Client accepts all risks related to:

  • Employer behaviour and recruiter decisions
  • Market demand and economic conditions
  • Competition from other candidates
  • ATS filtering and automated screening systems
  • Geographic restrictions and immigration policy changes
  • Platform availability, maintenance, and technical interruptions

We are not responsible for risks inherent to employment markets, immigration systems, or platform operations that are subject to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Plousios Gigantas Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, damage, claim, or liability arising from or in connection with the following:

  • Job offers, interview outcomes, or hiring decisions
  • Recruiter responses or employer decisions
  • Employment outcomes, career progression, income outcomes, or salary changes
  • Missed opportunities or delayed applications
  • Unsuccessful job applications or unsuccessful sponsorship applications
  • Visa refusals or immigration decisions
  • Market conditions, economic conditions, or competition
  • Emotional distress or loss of earnings
  • Technical interruptions, platform outages, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance periods
  • Bugs, software defects, or platform errors
  • Third-party service failures or integrations outside SortNext's direct control
  • Delays caused by circumstances outside SortNext's reasonable control, including force majeure events
  • Any reliance on AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs
  • Any applications submitted automatically via the Auto-Apply tool or SortNext browser extensions
  • Any consequence arising from automated form completion, automated submission, or actions taken by third-party job platforms
  • Any inaccuracies within CVs, LinkedIn profiles, or application materials
  • Any actions taken by the Client based on our advice, suggestions, or frameworks
  • Consequences arising from a Client's failure to request assistance, support, reviews, sessions, or guidance through the available channels
  • Consequences arising from a Client's failure to report issues, technical problems, or access concerns in a timely manner
  • How the Client represents their experience to employers
  • Any rejection, dispute, or consequence arising from CV or application content
  • Any interpretation of Project Lab as employment

Where liability cannot be legally excluded, our total aggregate liability shall be strictly limited to 25% of the amount paid by the Client for the specific service in dispute.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature.

All decisions and usage of materials remain the sole responsibility of the Client.

12. Chargeback, Payment Disputes & Refund Claims

Before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, or refund claim, the Client is expected to contact SortNext directly through the official support channels and allow a reasonable opportunity for SortNext to investigate and seek to resolve the concern. This is a condition of service and reflects the good-faith engagement expected between the parties.

Failure to contact SortNext or to request available support prior to raising a chargeback or payment dispute may be taken into account when assessing the validity and merit of such a claim. In particular:

  • A failure to utilise available support channels, request assistance, or report concerns prior to dispute escalation may weigh against the legitimacy of the claim
  • Evidence of platform access, account activity, resource delivery, session availability, booking system usage, communications history, downloads, and Client engagement will be compiled and may be relied upon by SortNext when responding to payment disputes, chargebacks, or claims of non-delivery
  • SortNext retains records of platform activity, delivery events, access logs, communications, and session data for the purpose of fraud prevention and dispute resolution

Chargebacks initiated after service access or delivery may be contested using the evidence available to SortNext, and the Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of losses, administrative costs, and applicable fees through applicable legal and financial channels.

13. Legal Compliance

These Terms are drafted to comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

For personalised digital services, statutory cancellation rights are lost once work begins, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

Where services include digital content or customised work, cancellation rights are waived once preparation or delivery has commenced.

We retain records of activity, communications, and delivery for the purposes of fraud prevention, delivery proof, and dispute resolution.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

15. Acceptance

By paying, booking, or accessing any service, you confirm that you:

  • Have read and understood these Terms in full
  • Understand the scope and nature of the services
  • Accept that no outcomes, results, or performance are guaranteed
  • Accept personal responsibility for engagement, participation, and utilisation of available resources and support
  • Agree that services are non-refundable once commenced or accessed
  • Agree to the liability cap set out in these Terms
  • Acknowledge that target support response times are not guaranteed SLAs
  • Acknowledge that platform availability is not guaranteed and that temporary interruptions do not constitute non-delivery

If you do not agree, do not proceed with payment.

You further acknowledge that:

  • The Project Lab is a simulated programme and not employment
  • Services become non-refundable once accessed or commenced
  • Timelines for preparation, support, and issue resolution apply and may vary
  • SortNext's services are primarily self-service and assisted-service offerings requiring proactive engagement from the Client
